A Las Vegas car dealership sued boxer Mike Tyson and his company, Mike Tyson Enterprises Inc., alleging they defaulted on an outstanding $327,508 loan for a luxury car.
Towbin Jeep Eagle Inc., which alleged Tyson had made a $20,000 down payment for a 2000 Rolls Royce Corniche on March 6 and allegedly granted Towbin a security interest in the car, sued the boxer in Clark County District Court to repossess his car after he allegedly failed to complete the payment by March 16.
Tyson could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
