Letter: Thomas a class act

I just wanted to drop you a note on the Rebel football spring football scrimmage I witnessed (last weekend). It was a great scrimmage and (we enjoyed the) festivities. But the thing that stood out the most was the class and honor Jason Thomas brings to Rebel football. He took as much time as was needed after the scrimmage to talk to fans and sign autographs. He got down on his knee and signed my daughter's picture of him and thanked everyone for coming out.

Many other athletes of his stature run off the field before you can reach them. UNLV can thank Mr. and Mrs. Thomas for giving our kids a great role model.
