StumbleDefects alleged at Summerlin condos

Construction defect suits were filed this week by two Sun City Summerlin condominium owners' associations against developer Del Webb Communities Inc. of Phoenix.
Desert Butte Drive Homeowners Association and Hemet Drive Homeowners Association each alleged numerous defects in their developments, each consisting of 39 unites.
A Del Webb spokesman declined comment on the allegations.
