As the song says, "Put on your Easter bonnet with all the frills upon it." Easter Sunday is a fine time to join with friends and family for a memorable day.

For brunch the Cafe Lago chef will add such carving station items as prime rib, herb-roasted leg of lamb, roasted Szechuan duck, a riot of fresh salads, risotto, pan-seared salmon and so much more. Children under 12 are half-price. Palatium Buffet's champagne brunch service is from 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Prices are $21.99 per adult; children under 12 half-price. Among the many featured foods are Belgium waffles, apple-filled pancakes, eggs and omelets to order, breakfast meats, fresh chilled prawns and pacific crab legs, smoked salmon and lavish displays of fruits, salads and cheeses. Among the featured hot entrees are prime rib, herb-roasted turkey, glazed ham, roasted leg of lamb, oven-roasted salmon, chicken Florentine -- the list is endless. End your meal with flaming bananas foster or a selection from the dessert table. Elaborate ice carvings, a variety of Easter eggs, filled Easter baskets and tall chocolate bunnies will decorate the buffet. So many goodies!
