Letter: U.N.’s offices should be moved

Get enough fissionable material (U-235) together and get a chain reaction. Reach critical mass and you get a big hole in the ground. A nuclear reactor should be a big hole in the ground, but because of its lead dampeners, its reaction is controlled.
The Middle East may be about to reach critical mass and as its dampeners, I suggest the United Nations. I'm not suggesting a temporary fix of sending in troops. I'm suggesting that the U.N. headquarters be moved from New York City to either the Gaza Strip or the West Bank.
Other reasons for moving U.N. headquarters are:
1. The U.N. headquarters should be located on more neutral territory.
2. New York City has been reported to be tired of providing free services to the United Nation.
3. U.N. occupies prime property.
4. Moving the U.N. headquarters in the region will give a boost to its economy.
