Las Vegas flights planned from two Canadian cities

Air Canada Airlines will add four weekly round-trip flights from two Canadian cities to Las Vegas in October, the company announced.
The company will offer two flights a week each, Thursdays and Sundays, between McCarran International Airport and Calgary, Alberta, and Vancouver, British Columbia.
The new flights will begin Oct. 25.
Air Canada currently offers a daily round-trip flight and Thursday and Sunday flights between Las Vegas and Toronto, Ontario.
The Montreal-based company is maintaining a zero-growth strategy for 2001, but is reappropriating planes to add the Las Vegas flights.
