Hugh Bovingdon
Hugh Bovingdon, 85, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. He was born Dec. 14, 1915, in Massachusetts. A resident for two years, he was a purchasing agent in the machine tool industry and a member of the Masons.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth; one son, Derek; one daughter, Gail Tomao; one sister, Joya Bovingdon Cox; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Mary Genith Cedeno de Lima
Mary Genith Cedeno de Lima, 64, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. She was born Oct. 13, 1936, in Guayaquil, Ecuador. A resident for 23 years, she was a retired hotel porter.
She is survived by two daughters, Rose M. Orth of Henderson and Jasmine Lima-Delchambre of Las Vegas; two sons, Wilfredo D. Lima of Henderson and Antonio A. Lima of Las Vegas; her mother, Hortencia Cedento Cevallos of Ecuador; two sisters, Elba H. Moreno of Henderson and Divina Jalon of Ecuador; six brothers, Carlos Cedeno, Hugo Cedeno, Fulton Cedeno, Clemente Cedeno, Otmaro Cedeno and Estuardo Cedeno, all of Ecuador; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, Henderson. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Connie Danley
Connie Danley, 45, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born May 26, 1955, in Oklahoma. A resident for 13 years, she was a nurse and a member of the National Nursing Association.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; one daughter, Heather Danley serving an LDS mission in Uruguay; two sons, Shawn Danley and Nathan Danley, both of Las Vegas; her father, Charles McBride of Mesa, Ariz.; her mother, Cleta Barnes of Oklahoma; and one sister, Deana Rychlik of Houston.
Visitation is scheduled 6-8 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., and noon until 2 p.m. services Saturday in the LDS Robindale Stake Center. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Anthony Domino
Anthony Domino, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born May 16, 1925, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired casino executive.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; one daughter, Elizabeth Barbee of Las Vegas; two sons, David A. Domino and Anthony Domino, both of Henderson; and three grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., handled arrangements.
Agnes G. Frazar
Agnes G. Frazar, 93, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. She was born Dec. 17, 1907, in South Dakota. A resident for 16 years, she was a bookkeeper for a sheriff's department.
She is survived by two daughters, Margaret Foster and Sonya Pettyjohn, both of Las Vegas; one son, Bryan Frazar of Salsbee, Texas; 14 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in the LDS Valley Verde and Guilford Ward. Burial will be in San Antonio. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Alfred Leland Gleghorn
Alfred Leland Gleghorn, 62, of Las Vegas died March 29 in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 14, 1939, in Sparta, Ill. A resident for 24 years, he was a retired Air Force staff sergeant and Vietnam War veteran, a 33rd Degree Mason, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Air Force Sergeants Association, American Legion, Elks, retired deputy constable, and he received two Man of the Year awards in 1988.
He is survived by his wife, Pearlie A.; two daughters, Rena Michelle Gleghorn and Paulette J. Gleghorn, both of Las Vegas; three brothers, Dewey L. Gleghorn of Virginia, Allen Gleghorn of Indiana and Allen Dale Gleghorn and Clyde Wayne Collins, both of Sparta, Ill.; and three sisters, Joyce Bardo of Mount Vernon, Ill., Wanda C. Branch and Brenda Sue Wilson, both of Sparta, Ill.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Konnie Laverne Harrington
Konnie Laverne Harrington, 58, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born July 20, 1942, in Oklahoma. A resident for 15 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Martin; one daughter, Tammie; two sons, William and Ronald, and hwe mother, Chris, all of Ventura, Calif.; three sisters, Bobbie of Ventura and Judy and Gladys, both of Las Vegas; three brothers, Rollie of McCallister, Okla., and Thomas and Jay, both of Ventura; and four grandchildren.
A celebration of life will he held 7:30 a.m. Sunday in 860 N. 18th St. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Angelo L. Liberato
Angelo L. Liberato, 96, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 31, 1904, in Ironwood, Mich. A resident for 10 years, he was an assembly-line worker for a tractor manufacturing company.
He is survived by one sister, Betty Leese of Wisconsin; one stepson, Robert Homan of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.
Services and burial will be in Wisconsin. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Marna Banerian Liston
Marna Banerian Liston, 77, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 20, 1923, in Milwaukee. A resident for 50 years, she was a retired supervisor for an employment company and an active volunteer for the Republican Party.
She is survived by one daughter, Nancy Liston of Las Vegas; one brother, Gregory Liston of Carson City; one sister, Vera Melton of Prairieville, La.; three brothers, Gordon Banerian of Milwaukee, George Banerian of La Mesa, Calif., and Marty Banerian of Mukwonago, Wis.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Eugene 'Gene' Matherly
Eugene "Gene" Matherly, 69, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local care center. He was born June 11, 1931, in Elk City, Okla. A resident for three years, he was a retired motel owner and a Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Melba; one son, Kerry Matherly of Las Vegas; one sister, Debbie Knight of Carlsbad, Texas; one brother, Jerry Matherly of Phoenix; and one grandchild.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private burial.
Josephine Patti
Josephine Patti, 77, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born March 19, 1924, in Pittsfield, Mass. A resident for 14-1/2 years, she was retired.
She is survived by her husband, Nicholas Sr.; one son, Nicholas Patti Jr., and one daughter, Patricia Patti, both of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Monday in Greater Grace Ministries, 4350 S. Arville St., Suite D-33.
Brenda Irene Perry
Brenda Irene Perry, 77, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born May 18, 1923, London. A resident for 31 years, she was a beautician.
She is survived by her husband, John; one son, Richard; two daughters, Sara and Lisa; one brother, William Manchester of New Zealand; one sister, Molly of London; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Albert Frederick Peterson Sr.
Albert Frederick Peterson Sr., 88, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 11, 1912, in Ashtabula, Ohio. A resident for 1 1/2 years, he was a general contractor.
He is survived by two sons, Edwin Peterson of Las Vegas and Albert Peterson Jr., of Miami; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services are private. Nevada Funeral Service, 2983 Fremont St., handled arrangements.
Jason D. Pilger
Jason D. Pilger, 27, of Las Vegas died Monday. He was born Dec. 19, 1973, in Las Vegas. A resident for 27 years, he was a framing carpenter.
He is survived by his parents, Darwin and Gayle Pilger and one sister, Jessica Pilger, all of Las Vegas; and his grandmothers, Lyla Griggers of Hesperia, Calif., and Marie Pilger of Las Vegas.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Albert William Scott Sr., 62, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 3, 1939, in Dayton, Ky. A resident for 23 years, he was a purchasing agent for an electrical engineering company and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia; one daughter, Margo Lee Reasland of Henderson; two sons, Albert W. Scott Jr., of Las Vegas and Kevin Charles Scott of Los Angeles; one brother, Charles E. Scott Jr., of Cincinnati; two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-8 p.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be noon Saturday in Community Lutheran Church, 3720 E. Tropicana Ave. Burial will be in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Deborah M. Shillinglaw
Deborah M. Shillinglaw, 91, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 9, 1909, in East Las Vegas, N.M. A resident for 40 years, she was a retired schoolteacher with 33 years of service and a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, National Education Association, Clark County Teachers Association, Nevada State Educational Association, Southern Nevada Teachers of English Association and Southern Nevada Literacy Council.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Lafferty of Las Vegas; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday in First Presbyterian Church Academy, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Laura Ann Snow
Laura Ann Snow, 40, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 12, 1960, in St. Louis, Mo. A resident for one year, she was a engineer for the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
She is survived by her parents, Angelus and Juanita L. Snow of Las Vegas; three sisters, Debra Snow Peppers of St. Louis, Gwendolyn Lavern Peterson of Tempe, Ariz., and Angenita Snow of Chicago; and her grandmother, Mattie L. Snow of St. Louis.
Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. and 11 a.m. until 11:30 am. services Saturday in Victory Missionary Baptist Church, 500 W. Monroe Ave. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.
Hubert Louis Starcher
Hubert Louis Starcher, 72, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 17, 1929, in Los Angeles. A resident for 41 years, he was a commercial airline pilot, Korean War Army veteran and a member of the Roadrunners, Quiet Birdmen of Las Vegas and Masonic Lodge 32.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Janet; two sons, Paul Starcaher and Rob Starcher, both of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-4 p.m. Sunday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Davis Paradise Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
Andrew Thomas Stewart III
Andrew Thomas Stewart III, 69, of Las Vegas died March 29 in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 6, 1931, in Chicago. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired accountant and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Judith; one son, Andy; one daughter, Theresa Monzulla of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Norman G. Sweeten Jr.
Norman G. Sweeten, 47, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. He was born April 20, 1953, in Hoboken, N.J. A resident for nine years, he was a construction worker.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa; three sons, Norman Joseph Sweeten III of Naples, Fla., and Joseph Sweeten and Edward Sweeten, both of Henderson; one daughter, Nadine Sweeten of Naples; one sister, Christine Tourso of Parlin, N.J.; and one brother, John Hults of Asbury, N.J.
Visitation is scheduled 1 until 4 p.m. services today in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial will be in New Jersey.
Harriette Wolff
Harriette Wolff, 70, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. She was born March 22, 1931, in Chicago. A resident for eight years, she was a retired merchant teller in the banking industry.
She is survived by her husband, Jack; two daughters, Karen Wood of Camarillo, Calif., and Lynne Wolff of Henderson; one son, Larry Wolff of Henderson; and one sister, Annette Izaks of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren.
A memorial service was scheduled at 3 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
