LV company stays on Nasdaq

Acres Gaming Inc. of Las Vegas announced its shares will be permitted to continue trading on the Nasdaq SmallCap exchange, following a hearing with Nasdaq officials.
Acres was notified in February that its shares would be delisted from the Nasdaq exchange, as the company did not meet the $2 million minimum net tangible assets requirement necessary for listing on the Nasdaq. Acres appealed this decision and requested a hearing with Nasdaq officials.
On Friday, the Nasdaq overturned its previous decision, and officials ruled Acres was in compliance with all listing requirements. Nasdaq has now closed the hearing file on the company, Acres said.
Acres, a supplier of casino management software systems and slot bonus systems, trades on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol "AGAM."
