Deal signed with Action Gaming

PDS Financial Corp. of Las Vegas said it signed a licensing agreement with Action Gaming Inc., the inventor of the popular "Multiplay" video poker series.
PDS received the exclusive right to manufacture and distribute "Double Play Blackjack" and "21 Stud," games that PDS plans to incorporate into its digital table game system. Both will allow traditional table game players to play multiple hands of blackjack and/or poker simultaneously.
Table games based on PDS' Digital Card System still require dealers, but replace real cards with video cards. The system automatically determines player wins or losses.
Privately held Action Gaming will receive an unspecified portion of lease revenue from the table games as royalties.
