Letter: He’ll never be my president
Tuesday, April 3, 2001 | 8:55 a.m.
Well, let's see, our boy in the White House has been there two months, right!
Now I'd like to have a show of hands. Who voted for him?
There was a whole bunch of you who wanted to impeach President Clinton for a thing that hurt no one but himself. I don't see anyone getting ready to run that guy from Texas off the hill. Just in case you're wondering why I'm not using the words "sir" or "Mr. President," he'll never be my president.
I guess after you people, not the rich, but working stiffs, go down the tubes, you may think about electing a president who will work for you, not against you.
