It is appalling that Nevada is one of only nine backward states (Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, Iowa, Kentucky, New Mexico and Wyoming are the others) with a lifetime ban denying voting rights to ex-felons.
After they have served their time and paid their debt to society why are they being disenfranchised? Come on Nevada, leave the dark ages and get with it, change this stupid law!
Isn't it ironic that those who want to vote can't, and those who can vote don't?
