Vegas driver pleads guilty to DUI

A Las Vegas man has pleaded guilty to felony drunken driving in a July accident that killed a 63-year-old man.
Christopher Terry, 21, pleaded guilty Tuesday in connection with a July 14 accident.
Sherman Smith of Las Vegas was killed when a pickup driven by Terry entered Smith's lane and struck the driver's side of his car, police said.
Terry is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 21 by District Judge Jeffrey Sobel. His plea agreement provides for a sentence of six to 20 years in prison.
