Sacramento lawyers for Erin Raie Kuhn-Brown tried to block the extradition to Nevada on Friday, but Superior Court Judge Roland Candee ordered her to be returned on two counts of first-degree murder. Similar charges were dismissed in Sacramento, where the teen-ager's body was found.
Lyon County District Attorney Robert Estes expects Kuhn-Brown to arrive in his jurisdiction this week.
Kuhn-Brown, 31, an emergency room technician, is accused of the June killings of Kathaleena Louisa Draper and the unborn baby boy she was carrying.
Kuhn-Brown allegedly suffocated her niece by stuffing a rubber glove down her throat and then used a knife to cut the teens abdomen to remove the baby.
The killings occurred in a Fernley motel, where the two stopped for the night on their way to Las Vegas.
According to reports at the time of the deaths, Draper had agreed to let Kuhn-Brown adopt the baby, but apparently had changed her mind.
