One dead, one hospitalized after early morning auto accident

A woman remains hospitalized following an auto accident on the city's east side that left one man dead.
Jerome Gratton, 85, failed to stop at a stop sign about 1 p.m. Sunday, Las Vegas police said.
Gratton's vehicle was struck on the driver's side when he entered the intersection. He was taken to University Medical Center, where he later died.
Gratton's passenger, Virgin Gratton, 84, was listed in critical condition Monday morning, according to a UMC nursing supervisor.
The driver of the other vehicle, Walter Venditto, 19, of Las Vegas,and his passenger, Yobanny Sanchez, 16, were injured as well. They were treated and released from UMC Sunday.
Police said no charges have been filed in the accident. Wellspring House sold
