StumbleLetter: ‘Notch Babies’ deserve fairness

"Notch Babies" should be given a lump settlement of at least $20,000 now. These loyal citizens, who have paid Social Security taxes from the start, will probably have to pay income taxes so the effect on the budget will be lessened.
Tell Congress not to spend any more of our excess tax dollars overseas to advance internationalism until they address the "Notch Baby" issue.
Fairness is the issue. They've waited long enough!
