Letter: Democrats take hard-earned cash of U.S. workers
Thursday, Sept. 21, 2000 | 9:53 a.m.
This is the same political agenda and powerful persuasion tactic used by the Clinton-Gore administration, and Democ "Rats" in the U.S. House and Senate to sway and fool American voters for the last eight years.
Given the fact that nearly 60 percent of their followers lack a high school education, it's easy to see why the party's more educated liberal thought controllers are now saying that Gore is leading in the presidential race.
Democrats have been preaching "free lunches and entitlements" for as long as I can remember.
I have yet to hear a Democrat say people should take responsibility for choices they make in life.
But when people fail to follow basic rules of moral and ethical behavior that have proven flawless for thousands of years and end up sick and poor because of those choices, Democrats are out there yelling that tax cuts are for the rich (by the way, that means anyone earning a paycheck).
This allows them to continue confiscating hard-earned money from all wage earners to keep their irresponsible social, vote-getting programs funded.
Give them a free lunch (it's the economy, stupid) and they keep sending a chunk of their paychecks to Washington with no thought as to who's paying for the lights.
