Competency of murder suspect to be tested

Robert Presfield, 60, is charged with killing 45-year-old Paul Swope inside Presfield's home Aug. 30.
The evaluation will take place at Lake's Crossing in Sparks and is expected to take a month or more.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Friday for Presfield. It was canceled so he could undergo the evaluation.
