Vegas home buyers surveyed

Pulte Home Corp. ranks highest in customer satisfaction among new-home builders in the Las Vegas market, the latest J.D. Power and Associates new-home builder study found. Pulte received the top scores in Las Vegas in seven of the eight factors that Power measured.

Tied for second in the overall ranking were Coventry Homes and Del Webb Corp.

Power surveyed buyers about the quality of workmanship/materials, effectiveness of customer service, the sales staff, price/value considerations, physical design elements, the builder's design center, neighborhood recreational facilities and location.
