Odette N. Castaneda
Odette N. Castaneda, 20 days, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 17 in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his mother and father, Mrina M. and Ernesto O. Castaneda, and two sisters, Alexis Castaneda and Xenia Castaneda, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Reyna and Pedro Rodriguez of Mexico and Bertha and Felipe Castaneda of California.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
William Condello
William Condello, 39, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 28, 1961, in Xenia, Ohio. A resident for 15 years, he was a dealer.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Condello, and one sister, Debbie Condello, both of Colorado; and one brother, Michael Condello of Las Vegas.
Burial will be in Colorado. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Helen J. Cuppari
Helen J. Cuppari, 85, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born Dec. 4, 1914, in Campbell, Ohio. A resident for seven years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Tony Cuppari of Simi Valley, Calif.; one daughter, Kathleen Torres of San Gabriel, Calif.; two sisters, Edith Haus of Campbell, Ohio, and Therese Skipton of Morton Grove, Ill.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 9 a.m. Monday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Burial will be in California.
Edith Elizabeth Daves
Edith Elizabeth Daves, 82, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born April 12, 1918, in Paris, Ill. A resident for 15 years, she was a casino marketing representative.
She is survived by one son, Herman Daves; one brother, Warren Berry; one sister, Joan Eicher; 10 grandchildren and twogreat-grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Frances M. Frazier
Frances M. Frazier, 87, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born June 4, 1913, in Kentucky. A resident for 12 years, she was a nurse's aid.
She is survived by one sone, Robert Frazier of Oceanside, Calif.; one daughter, Betty Doty of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 7 p.m. today in Apostolic Church. Services are scheduled 2 p.m. Saturday in Apostolic Church. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Rose Ella Glover
Rose Ella Glover, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 27, 1931, in Jackson, Miss. A resident for 13 years, she was a civil service clerk/provisioner for 30 years and an Air Force veteran.
She is survived by one brother, James H. Glover of Las Vegas.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.

Villa Elizabeth Goldstrom
Villa Elizabeth Goldstrom, 95, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 20, 1905, in Elko. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Katheleen Cox of Lexington, Mo.; two sons, Arthur Goldstrom of Las Vegas and Dwight Goldstrom of Belmont, Calif.; two brothers, Jack Walther and Paul Walther, both of Elko; three sisters, Bulah Dalley of Idaho Falls, Idaho, June Reilly of Los Angeles and Tutie Miers of Lewiston, Utah; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Thomas Glenn Jenkins
Thomas Glenn Jenkins, 36, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 17, 1964, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a land surveyor for WLB Group.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; one daughter, Siobhan Cahalin, and one son, Sean Cahalin, both of Las Vegas; his biological father, Glenn Jenkins; his parents, Betty and Doug Thompson of Pioche; and one sister, Glynda Jenkins of Las Vegas.
A sunset memorial service will be 7:11 p.m. Saturday in Sunrise Baptist Church, 1780 Betty Lane. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, ishandling arrangements.
Jimmy Lombardo
Jimmy Lombardo, 17, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 12, 1982, in Osage Beach, Mo. A resident for 10 years, he was a student.
He is survived by his father, Jim Lombardo Sr., his mother and stepfather, Vickie and Ed Funke, two sisters, Starla Nichole Lombardo and Jordyn Lee Funke, and one brother, Darien Joseph Funke, all of Las Vegas; his grandparents, Louis and Carol Lombardo of Fort Myers, Fla., Bob and Ruby Williams of Kaiser, Mo., George and Betty Dowell of Hannibal, Mo., Edward Funke of St. Louis, and Joyce Mace of Osage Beach, Mo.; and his great-grandmother, Betty Peters of Dittmer, Mo.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Canyon Ridge Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, Roman; one son, Ray Macias, and two daughters, Sandra Macias and Nancy Sytsma, all of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9-10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
David Goodman Ozeriansky
David Goodman Ozeriansky, 73, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born March 7, 1927, in Mexico. A resident for six months, he was a civil engineer for the government.
He is survived by his wife, Julia of Mexico; one son, Rabbi Felipe Goodman of Las Vegas; and one brother, Grisha Goodman of Mexico.

Leslie Earl Rogers aka Van Valkenburg
Leslie Earl Rogers aka Van Valkenburg, 78, of Riverside, Calif., died Monday in a Riverside hospital. He was born Nov. 27, 1921, in Lokeba, Okla. He was the founder of Les Rogers and Sons Roofing in California, Arizona and Colorado.
He is survived by three daughters, Jean Williams of Woodbridge, Conn., Eileen Teitsworth of Mediapolis, Iowa, and Sheila Nunn of Kemmer, Wyo.; two sons, Leslie E. Van Valkenburg Jr. and Ora E. Rogers, both of Colorado; two stepdaughters, Sandi Pauley of Lucerne, Mo., and Terry Ross of California; 24 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. today in Bunkers' Memory Gardens. Acheson-Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, Riverside, Calif., is handling arrangements.
Cherie Ronnow Dauenhauer
Cherie Ronnow Dauenhauer, 73, of Las Vegas died Monday in San Diego, Calif. She was born July 19, 1927, in Panaca. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker and was on the Las Vegas High School class of 1945 committee.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joseph F.; one daughter, Lyn Anderson of Encinitas, Calif.; one brother, Don Ronnow of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. Saturday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, and one hour prior to noon services Sunday at the Palora LDS chapel.

Elvira M. Sanchez, 67, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 15, 1932, in Anthony, N.M. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Leonardo R. Sr.; two daughters, Ruth Camarena of Anaheim Hills, Calif., and Alice Campos of Walnut, Calif.; two sons, Leonard R. Sanchez Jr. of Orange, Calif., and Bobby Sanchez of Yorba Linda, Calif.; three sisters, Celia Vallejos of Hemet, Calif., Maria Flores of Hatch, N.M., and Catalina Encinas of Las Cruces, N.M.; one brother, Ray Martinez of La Habra, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Albert W. Saunders, 67, of Las Vegas died Aug. 5 in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 19, 1933, in New York state. A resident for many years, he was a data processor in the automotive industry.

Theodore Arthur Seel
Theodore Arthur Seel, 84, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 29, 1916, in Illinois. A resident for five years, he was a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Catherine E.; one daughter, Sharlene Seel of California; and one grandchild.

Mary Darling Steoberl
Mary Darling Steoberl, 46, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born June 17, 1954, in St. Paul, Minn. A resident for 18 years, she was a registered nurse at University Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry; one stepson, Kurt Steoberl, and one stepdaughter, Tracy Schimmel, both of Michigan; her father, James H. Darling; one brother, James P. Darling, and five sisters, Carol Cimbura, Nancy Houtkooper, Joan Moravec, Pattie DeVito and Gail Darling, all of Minnesota; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Monday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St.
Ernest Williams Jr.
Ernest Williams Jr., 36, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 13, 1963, in Phoenix. A resident for 35 years, he was a sanitation service driver.
He is survived by his companion, Jackie Dunn, one son, Javontae Thomas, his mother, Mary L. Williams, three sisters, Deneen James, Cosandra Williams and Lenore Jake, one brother, Erick Williams, his grandmother, Ruby Greathouse, all of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Main. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. Monday in Palm Memorial Park.
Clark B. Wysong Jr.
Clark B. Wysong Jr., 68, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 26, 1931, in Oklahoma City. A resident for 22 years, he was a retired accountant and Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Gayle; one son, Clark Wysong, one daughter, Leslie Wysong, both of Phoenix; and one brother, Charles Wysong of Oklahoma City.
Graveside services were scheduled at 10:30 a.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., handled arrangements.
