Letter: Well, there’s always CART
Friday, Sept. 8, 2000 | 1:37 a.m.
Regarding Brian Hilderbrand's commentary on the demise of the Indy Racing League at Las Vegas Motor Speedway ("Traffic troubles help sink IRL at LVMS," Sept. 5).
Traffic at the IRL race? Come on. I went to the IRL and NASCAR races at LVMS. All the idiots have to do is get there early.
It's too bad that the speedway won't have the IRL race. But maybe CART will come later.
