Letter: Misjudging Kevin Gaines

Regarding Ron Kantowski's column on former Clark High basketball star Kevin Gaines being kicked off the Michigan team in Thursday's Sun: ("Michigan play: No Gaines.")

It's OK Ron, because you can't predict what these kids will do. I like that you had the courage to admit your error.

On the other hand, I really think this Lafonte Johnson (UNLV's new point guard recruit) is going to be a mature and good player.
