Neal edges out Clinton in early voting

Joe Neal took an early lead over Uri Clinton in the Democratic primary for State Senate District 4. Neal secured 48.36 percent of the early votes to Clinton's 44.71 percent.
Christopher V. Montanez trails Neal and Clinton with 6.93 percent of the votes so far.
In the bitter County Commission District C Republican run-off, Chip Maxfield is leading Lance Malone 57.21 percent to 42.79 percent.
In the heated County Commission District B race between incumbent Mary Kincaid and Stephanie Smith, Kincaid has taken the lead with 53.36 percent of the vote to Smith's 46.64 percent.
With 71.61 percent of the early votes, Lois Tarkanian has virtually run away with the lead in the race for the Democratic nomination for County Commission District C.
In the race for Republican nominee for United States Senator, John Ensign has taken a commanding lead with 89.69 percent of the votes tallied so far. His closest competition, with 4.44 percent, is (none of these candidates).
