Immunizations
Health district immunization clinics are open each week in and around Las Vegas. Immunizations are provided without charge to children and young adults under the age of 21 in any of four public health centers and 15 satellite clinics. The following clinics will be open this week, Sept. 6 through 12:
DISTRICT HEALTH CENTER: 625 Shadow Lane, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
HENDERSON PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 129 W. Lake Mead Drive, Building A, Suite 10, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
EAST LAS VEGAS PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 560 N. Nellis Blvd., Suite E12, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
NORTH LAS VEGAS PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 2225 Civic Center Drive, Suite 240C, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
BOULDER CITY CLINIC: Multi-Purpose Building, 1204 6th St., 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m., Wednesday.

Recreation center plans Saturday session
The Henderson Parks and Recreation Department will host a CPR workshop 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Black Mountain Recreation Center, 599 Greenway Road.
The workshop is certified as a American Heart Association Heartsaver, and participants must be at least 13 year old. Cost is $12 per person, and registration must be received by Wednesday. For more information, call 565-2880.
Prostate information
A urologist will discuss prostate problems and treatments 2-3 p.m. Thursday at the Valley Hospital Medical Center, 620 Shadow Lane. To register, call 388-4665.
