A co-owner of T.U.K. Investment LLC of Las Vegas has sued his partner, alleging he breached an agreement to launch two Internet businesses on time and to give him a share of the two companies.
In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, Kenneth Stern said he provided $45,000 and bought $9,000 of computer equipment for two proposed business ventures, FreePick9.com and iNetFree.net.
Stern alleged his partner, Robb Stone, failed to launch the two companies within 30 days of receiving the funds.
The lawsuit did not specify what the theme of the Internet sites was supposed to be, but said they would be marketed to companies as advertising vehicles.
Stone could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
