PurchasePro Inc., a Las Vegas-based Internet procurement company, is acquiring a San Diego company that has developed software for inventory management and purchasing.
Stratton Warren Software Inc., which has its office and technical support operation and a training center in Las Vegas, is being acquired in a deal expected to close by the end of the year. The company has six Las Vegas employees and one in Reno.
PurchasePro said the deal was worth under $15 million in stock and cash, but will give the company access to 50,000 suppliers to increase its e-commerce strategy.
