Sing Choy, 67, entered the plea Wednesday before federal Magistrate Barry Kurren. Choy acknowledged he was a shift manager and an occasional baccarat dealer in an illegal card game and video gambling operation in the Minatoya Building on Maunakea Street.
He agreed to testify against others involved in the gaming operation that was raided by Honolulu police and FBI agents in May.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Florence Nakakuni said the suspected central figures in the case are among those who have not pleaded guilty.
Choy could face a five-year prison term and a fine of up to $250,000 when he is sentenced in February.
