A Gold Coast casino-resort patron sued another customer, alleging she was injured when she tripped over his bowling ball and carrying case.
In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, Lorraine Russo, who was at the casino on March 8, alleged Garfield Krider, another patron, had left his bowling ball, which weighed about 16 pounds, and its carrying case in the walkway area of the slots gaming area.
"I don't know how she could have tripped over my bowling ball and bag," Krider responded. "The bag was placed between two seats and she fell about three feet away from the bag."
