Police said the shrub, which grows wild in Nevada, can cause hallucinations and paralysis if ingested in large amounts.
Officers responded to reports that two male teens appeared to be under the influence of the substance.
The two Reed High School students were taken Wednesday night to Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center, where they remained Friday night.
Hospital officials referrred all queries about their condition to police.
Police issued a warning Saturday on the dangers of Angel's Trumpet and how to recognize the weed.
