Thursday, Oct. 19, 2000 | 10:05 a.m.
Joe Delaney's column appears on Thursdays and Fridays. Reach him at 259-4066 or joe@lasvegassun.com.
The Fifth Annual Old Time Reunion Party, formerly known as the 30-30 Dinner, takes place Sunday in the Stardust Convention Center with cocktails at 6 and dinner at 7 p.m.
There will be dancing and entertainment again this year ... Bob Anderson, Peter Anthony and Rip Taylor are scheduled to perform and Wayne Newton might come by to say "Hello."
The late Jack Kogan, a radio and television personality here for more than 30 years, was having breakfast at Bagelmania with Davey and Lou Pearl, Abe Fox, Ken Johann and the late Paul Endy when it was decided to have a get-together for Las Vegans who had lived here 30 years or more.
The 30-year requirement still exists but is not enforced too strictly ... It is a great opportunity for old timers to visit on an occasion that is strictly for fun ... It has been sold out every year ... Call Ken Johann Realty at 382-6336, there may be a $35 ticket or two left.

Proceeds go to the Abe Nole Scholarship Fund, established in 1985 in memory of one of LV's finest and best-respected players ... Advance tickets are a tax-deductible $10, $12 at the door, $7 for seniors, students and military ... Both of the above Sunday events deserve your support.
