A Las Vegas cellular phone accessories retailer sued a former employee, alleging he breached a non-compete employment agreement when he started a rival business.
In a Clark County District Court suit, KDR Inc. sued Steven Kent, whom it hired as a salesman on Dec. 17, 1999, alleging it lost business when he started a rival business by allegedly using KDR's list of suppliers, franchise agreement and established client base.
Kent could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
