A Las Vegas carpet cleaning company sued PMC Computer Marketing Systems Inc. and its owners, alleging they breached an agreement not to lease or sell an automatic telephone dialing machine to other carpet cleaners in the Las Vegas Valley area and Boulder City.
In a Clark County District Court suit, Kevin Edgar/Robert Edgar Inc. sued PMC and its owners, Richard Wright and Paul Candeleria, alleging it lost business because the defendants sold a machine that advertises carpet cleaning services to its competitor, Flood Brothers of Las Vegas.
The defendants could not be reached.
