Southwest Airlines, the air carrier that serves the most passengers at McCarran International Airport, will add daily nonstop flights between Las Vegas and Little Rock, Ark., early next year.
The Dallas-based airline plans one round-trip flight a day beginning Feb. 11.
The additional flights will bring the total to 167 daily Southwest operations in Las Vegas, including new service scheduled to start later this year and early next year.
The flights are part of 10 new round-trip operations beginning in the first quarter of 2001 and are a result of the airline acquiring new Boeing 737 jets. New flights are being added across Southwest's 56-city system.
Las Vegas-Little Rock fares have been priced at $438 round trip with a $198 round trip promotional fare offered in February and March.
