Firm wins trademark order against Vegas firm

Great American Insurance Co. of Cincinnati won a court order to stop a Las Vegas financial asset management consultant from using the Great American trademark.
The Ohio insurer, which said it owns trademarks including Great American Insurance Co., Great American, The Great American Connection, The Great American Insurance Group, Great American Lender Services, Great American's Rest Assured Hotel/Motel Program, sued Great American Financial Group and its president Kamlesh Kumar in U.S. District Court in August.
