Sport: Football
Currently: The starting strong safety for the Bulldogs, Fox has racked up 29 tackles -- fourth among Fresno State players -- including 12 solo takedowns for his 2-2 squad. He has also recorded one sack and one forced fumble for the Bulldogs, who entertain Nevada-Reno Saturday. Last year, the 5-10, 200-pound Fox led Fresno State with 103 tackles, with a team-high 50 unassisted.
Looking back: Fox started both ways for the Spartans during his prep career, earning All-Sunset Division honors as a senior at running back and defensive back. During his final season, he rushed for 1,532 yards for 7-3 Cimarron.
