StumbleLV company loses suit over loss of Indian gaming contract

American Vantage Companies of Las Vegas said California Federal Judge Anthony W. Ishii dismissed the firm's lawsuit against the Table Mountain Rancheria Band of Indians over the tribe's cancellation of American Vantage's casino consulting contract.
Ishii ruled he didn't have jurisdiction in the dispute, American Vantage said. The firm said it may appeal the ruling or sue the California tribe in state court in hopes that the state court would assume jurisdiction in the matter.
