Letter: Pedophiles don’t deserve support
Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2000 | 9:58 a.m.
The 10-year-old was sexually molested and murdered in 1997.
The two men who were convicted, 25-year-old Charles Jaynes and 24-year-old Salvatore Sicari, were subscribing to NAMBLA literature and following the NAMBLA website.
NAMBLA, which describes itself as an organization that "speaks out against societal oppression and celebrates the joys of men and boys in love," is a strong supporter of the Rene Guyon Society formed in 1962 to "make it possible of adults to provide sexual stimulation for virtually all children."
The ACLU was a staunch supporter of the right of pedophiles to join the Boy Scouts of America.
Gary Peck, head of the local ACLU, expressed his regret in the Supreme Court decision to allow the scouts to exclude pedophiles and homosexuals from its organization.
The ACLU has supported the constitutional right of free speech in its defense of the famous "right wing" Neo-Nazi march in Skokie, Ill., in 1977 headed by Neo-Nazi Frank Collin.
Interestingly, the book "Outing: Shattering the Conspiracy of Silence" by Johansson and Percy revealed that Frank Collin was a homosexual pederast (adult males having sexual relations with young boys).
In 1979 Frank Collin was arrested for taking indecent liberties with boys between the ages of 10 and 14 and was sentenced to seven years in prison.
The ACLU appears to be using the First Amendment right of free speech to promote an abominable agenda!
