A homeowners' association filed a construction defects lawsuit against the developers of a condominium complex at 4555 E. Sahara Ave.
The Sahara Mountain Vista Homeowners Association is seeking unspecified damages for loss of value, lost or diminished rental income and relocation costs from the developers of the 174-unit condo project built in 1996.
The defendants are Las Brisas LP, Sahara Mountain Vista LLC and Terra West Development Inc.
The suit accuses developers of breach of warranties and contracts and of negligence for a variety of alleged construction defects.
An attorney for the developers declined comment on the allegations.
