The Democrats are trying to say that the certification of the Florida election makes the appeal before the United States Supreme Court moot. That is false.
The question before the Supreme Court is not who wins or loses the election but whether we revive our republic on the basis of representation via law or continue the degradation to a collective based on judicial fiat.
