Prince posters don’t fly in Sin City

LAS VEGAS - It might be Sin City, but a nude poster of Prince and his guitar didn't fly at McCarran International Airport.
The artist formerly and now known as Prince is scheduled to perform in Las Vegas later this month at a sold-out show in the Aladdin's Theatre for the Performing Arts.
But the only thing passengers at the nation's seventh busiest airport will see is the musician's face.
That's because the Strip resort was asked to remove the suggestive signage by FFE Display Services, which manages McCarran's indoor advertising.
"We were surprised, but naturally we accommodated their wishes," said Lynn Holt, a spokesman for the Aladdin hotel-casino.
Prince's publicist could not be reached immediately for comment.
Airport officials said they did not know about the removal of the sign.
