A Las Vegas man sued Bounceback Technologies.com Inc., formerly known as Casino Resource Corp., and a subsidiary, alleging he was denied a cut of $2 million in revenues they allegedly received from an Indian gaming agreement.
In a Clark County District Court suit, James Barnes alleged the defendants defaulted on an agreement to pay him 5 percent of net revenues they received from any Indian gaming agreement with the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians, a tribe in Michigan.
Barnes said the defendants allegedly entered into a deal with the Potawatomi Indians, and had received $2 million payment. The defendants declined comment on the lawsuit.
