Letter: Seize, euthanize vicious dogs
Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2000 | 9:14 a.m.
If a complaint is received about a vicious dog, a team of investigators should be dispatched to determine if the dog is a danger to the public.
If it is dangerous, the dog should be seized and euthanized. People who own pit bulls and other vicious dogs often are involved in illegal activities.
After a dog is seized, the owners should be thoroughly investigated.
