StumbleWashoe airport director receives overdue raise

Krys Bart said she was supposed to have received the raise last December after her first annual review, but airport trustees forgot to give it to her.
She's in line for another raise next month when she receives another review.
Bob Ulrich, the authority's lawyer, could not say why the merit raise was overlooked or why Bart didn't bring it to trustees' attention a year ago.
Bart's contract called for her to receive a merit raise based on her performance and in line with what other airport managers get.
