Gary Primm, the former chairman and chief executive of Primadonna Resorts Inc., sued Cello Technologies Corp., Cello Technologies Seattle Corp. and Cello Recordings LLC, alleging they failed to install an electronic entertainment system on his yacht.
Primm, who said he hired the defendants on Feb. 15 and terminated the contract on Oct. 13, said he paid them $58,000 of a $222,500 fee, but demanded to be reimbursed when they made no progress towards completing the project. The suit said the defendants failed to return the money.
The defendants could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
