Gloria Marina Armstrong
Gloria Marina Armstrong, 65, of Henderson died Sunday in Henderson. She was born April 20, 1935, in Chicago. A resident for 11 years, she was a St. Rose De Lima Hospital unit secretary.
She is survived by one daughter, Julie Gerardi of Henderson; four sons, Joe Gerardi of Morrison, Colo., Cliff Holstein of Clinton, Utah, and Gary Holstein and Phillip Holstein, both of Salt Lake City; and four grandchildren.
Rosary will be 6:30 p.m. today in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. Burial will be private.
Connie Borgeson
Connie Borgeson, 65, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 7, 1935, in Los Angeles. A resident of Reno and Las Vegas for 36 years, she was a bookkeeper.
She is survived by her husband, Edward C.; two sons, Jack Cavanaugh of Lake Tahoe, Nev., and Bob Cavanaugh of Las Vegas; one daughter, Shelley Cavanaugh of Las Vegas; one brother, Frank Rossy of Simi Valley, Calif.; one sister, Ann Napper of Flagstaff, Ariz.; and seven grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Paradise Memorial Gardens. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Gwen T. Carlson
Gwen T. Carlson, 80, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 24, 1920, in Smithfield, Utah. A resident for 20 years, she was a World War II Coast Guard veteran.
She is survived by her husband, Charles S.; one daughter, Coleen Gelber, and one son, Charles A. Carlson, both of Winnetka, Ill.; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Tuesday in the LDS Red Coach chapel. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Ronald B. Concoby
Ronald B. Concoby, 62, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 21, 1938, in Painesville, Ohio. A resident for 32 years, he was a retired airline flight supervisor and an Army veteran.
He is survived by seven sons, Ronnie Concoby of Orlando, Fla., Dennis Concoby of Kirksville, Mo., Daniel Concoby of Flagstaff, Ariz., Andrew Concoby, Charles Concoby and Brian Concoby, all of Las Vegas, and Kenneth Concoby of Mesa, Ariz.; three daughters, Anita Stephens of Henderson and Tia Concoby and Amanda Concoby, both of Las Vegas; and 20 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Monday in the LDS Walnut and Carey chapel. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Walter Esparza
Walter Esparza, 53, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Oct. 26, 1947, in Los Angeles. A resident for one year, he was a retired retailer.
He is survived by his wife, Alta; two daughters, Caroll Esparza-Olivares of Temecula, Calif., and Debora Zimprich of Cottage Grove, Minn.; one son, Anthony Esparza of Anaheim, Calif.; and 11 grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Irving Friedman
Irving Friedman, 86, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born July 27, 1914, in Astoria, N.Y. A resident for 50 years, he was a retired partner in a recycling company.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred; one son, Jay Rankin of Agoura, Calif.; one brother, Harold Friedman of Las Vegas; and one sister, Barbara Sternfeld of Beverly Hills, Calif.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to noon services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Austin Lindsay
Austin Lindsay, 83, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 31, 1916, in Morrow, Ohio. A resident for 19 years, he was a retired machinist in the aerospace industry and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne; two sons, Donald Lindsay of Long Beach, Calif., and Kasey Lindsay of Redondo Beach, Calif.; two daughters, Gayle Crawford of Longview, Wash., and Jane Lindsay of Torrance, Calif.; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Michael Ray McNeely
Michael Ray McNeely, 45, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born April 28, 1955, in Detroit. A resident for 40 years, he was a stagehand.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Stock; three daughters, Brittany Hess of Lady Smith, Wis., and Jennifer Doulder and Stacy, both of Las Vegas; two sons, Kristofur McNeely and Kevin, and his mother, Delores Reil, all of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
The family suggests donations to the Samaritan House, 1001 N. Fourth St., Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Edith Madeline Miller
Edith Madeline Miller, 68, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. She was born Jan. 14, 1932, in North Carolina. A resident for one year, she was a caretaker at a home health care center.
She is survived by one son, Oliver White of Las Vegas; one daughter, Kimberly Griffith of Henderson; two brothers, George Stinson of North Carolina and Glen Stinson of Long Beach, Calif.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Graveside services will follow at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mary E. Morton
Mary E. Morton, 86, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in North Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 5, 1914, in Ireland. A resident for 48 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, John Morton and Frank Morton, both of Las Vegas; two sisters; three brothers; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, 1501 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Samuel O'Dell Jr.
Samuel O'Dell Jr., 49, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. He was born Nov. 11, 1951, in New York. A resident for 10 years, he was a hotel porter and a Vietnam War Army veteran.
He is survived by his parents, Eliza and Samuel O'Dell Sr. of Bennington, Vt.; two brothers, Roy Salisburry of Henderson and Ronald Salisburry of Bennington; two sisters, Sally Friend of Stephentown, N.Y., and Cindy Button of Bennington.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Bennington. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
James Edward Osnoss
James Edward Osnoss, 47, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 5, 1953, in Chicago. A former Henderson resident for six months and most recently a Las Vegas resident for one year, he was a long-haul truck driver.
Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling private arrangements.
Hester Peckinpaugh
Hester Peckinpaugh, 74, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 26, 1926, in Shelbyville, Tenn. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James; two sons, Ronald Peckinpaugh of Las Vegas and Donald Peckinpaugh of California; two daughters, Yevenda Mioduszewski and Marcia Tull, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Christine Thacker of Louisville, Ky., and Dolly Harrell of Indiana; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Wednesday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Ann Wright
Ann Wright, 91, of Lakeland, Fla., died Tuesday in a Florida care center.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Francis Krull.
She is survived by one son, Frank Griczen of Las Vegas; two brothers, Thomas Krull of Kissimmee, Fla., and George Krull of Panhandle, Fla.; and one sister, Catherine Schulte of Winter Haven, Fla.
National Cremation Society, Tampa, Fla., is handling arrangements.
