Festival held

The Great Craft Festival will be at Cashman Center, 850 Las Vegas Blvd. North, until 6 p.m. today, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $6 for adults; $5 for seniors; $2 for children ages 6-16.

UNLV sponsorship

The International Festival of Russian Art and Culture will run Sunday through Tuesday at UNLV and the Monte Carlo hotel-casino. Events include an art exhibition, movie screening, poetry reading, musical performances and discussion panels. The events are free to the public. Call 895-0259.

Monthly events

The West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd., holds its monthly Poet's Corner at 7 p.m. today. Keith Brantly and Pendelita Toney host established poets and open-mike participants.

The Young Poet's Corner will also be at the center from noon-1 p.m. Saturday. Brantly and Toney invite youths ages 8-16 to express themselves through poetry. For information, call 229-4800.

Guitarist, DJs

Guitarist Dominic Gaudious will perform and sign copies of his latest CD, "The Clearing," at 8 p.m. today at Borders Books, 1445 W. Sunset Road, in Henderson.

DJs Mark and Brian, whose syndicated morning show can be heard weekdays on KKLZ 96.3-FM, will sign copies of their latest CD, "Little Drummer Boys," from 6-8 p.m. today at Boulder Station.

Cultural collection
