StumbleLetter: Some voters just don’t think

There should not be a new election in the county where the people made a mistake in the way they read the ballot. The sample ballot should have prepared them before they got to the polls.
This to me looks like a case of people who do not think clearly about what they are doing, and we probably are better off without their unthought-out decisions.
