SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- Tenet Healthcare Corp., owner of Lake Mead Hospital in North Las Vegas and 110 other hospitals around the nation, told investors today that its financial condition continues to improve.
Tenet said that during the first two months of its second quarter ending Nov. 30, same-facility admissions grew at an above-average rate. This follows strong admissions growth of 4.3 percent in the first quarter.
"The company also continues to generate strong cash flow," Tenet said.
