Compaq Computer Corp. launched a collection of wireless products called iPAQnet. The products target people demanding wireless access to email, other corporate information and the Internet.
Compaq's iPAQnet Mobility Solutions offer wireless computing with nationwide access to intranets and corporate email, as well as the Internet and Internet email, for the iPAQ Pocket PC and iPAQ BlackBerry devices.
Future iPAQnet offerings may include such categories as home productivity and lifestyle solutions, as well as other Compaq mobile platforms.
