Vegas exotic dancers sued over fees

Friday, Nov. 10, 2000 | 11:56 a.m.

The owner of a Las Vegas company, Big Time Management, sued two exotic dancers to recover employment introduction fees.

In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, Glenn Garofano doing business as Big Time sued Tara Schutz, alleging she breached an agreement to pay $52,000 in fees for transportation to Las Vegas, lodging, assistance with licensing and employment introductions. The suit said Schutz agreed to pay $1,000 a week from Sep. 29, 2000, through Sep. 29, 2001.

In a separate lawsuit, Garofano sued Klodene Clarke, another dancer, alleging she defaulted on a $22,500 fee for similar services. The suit said Clarke agreed to pay $1,500 a week for April 3 through July 9, 2000.

The defendants could not be reached for comment.
