Madeleine Albright takes seriously an offhand remark by communist dictator Kim Jung Il that North Korea would refrain from future launches of the Taepo Dong I Missile?
The Associated Press and Albright's acceptance of an offhand remark by a North Korean dictator should not be given any credence.
Does the Sun believe that we should feel at ease?
Why did Kim make certain that a picture of the launch of the Taepo Dong I Missile over Japan was shown? He probably laughed.
I think 7 1/2 years of bad foreign policy is getting worse. I can't wait for Jan. 20, 2001!
